Located in the small and charming Cala de Finestrat on the shores of the Mediterranean Sea is our restaurant, with a seafood cuisine which highlights the wide variety of rice and fish, prepared with excellent raw materials. The history or our restaurant

The business was founded in 1970 by the LIinares family, originally from this very cove, and is run by Tolo, a member of the same family. Our establishment has followed the tradition of Mediterranean cuisine, combining tradition with the avant-garde. Tolo takes care to select the best fish and seafood from the neighbouring fish markets every day, as well as top quality national meats.
